India Women’s Trap Shooting Team Wins Silver at 2026 Asian Games

India’s women’s trap shooting team won the silver medal at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on Tuesday.

The Indian team featured Neeru, Aashima Ahlawat and Manisha Keer. Ahlawat scored 106 and Keer recorded 104, helping India finish with a combined score of 328 points and secure second place.

India also enjoyed success in the individual qualification. Neeru topped the qualification round with a score of 118, earning her a place in the individual final later in the day.

The latest medal added to India’s growing tally at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. India have now won 46 medals, including four gold, 21 silver and 21 bronze.
