Food rich in protein are numerous but maintain the perfect quantum of protein input and making different particulars on a diurnal base with same old taste can be boring and monotonous. moment in this composition we’re going to bandy healthy yet succulent form of Soya Pulao which is high in protein and lower in carbohydrates.

Constituents demanded :

Soya nuggets soaked- 1 mug
Basmati rice- I mug
swab- 2tbsp.
oil painting- 2tbsp.
Cumin seeds- 1tsp.
Turmeric greasepaint- 1/ 4th tsp
Red chilli greasepaint-1/2tsp.
Coriander greasepaint- 1tsp.
Garam masala greasepaint-1/2 tsp
gusto graded-1/2tsp.
Tomatoes finely diced- 1 medium
herbage peas1/2 mug
Fresh coriander leaves finely diced- 1tbsp.

METHOD TO PREPARE:

Originally, mix together soya nuggets, 1 mug water and swab in a coliseum and cook in the microwave oven for 2- 3 twinkles. Heat oil painting in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and sauté till light brown.
Secondly, drain and add basmati rice and blend. Add turmeric greasepaint, red chilly greasepaint,, coriander greasepaint, gusto, garam masala greasepaint and mix well Add soya nuggets, tomato, swab, re, coriander flanks and mix well.
Eventually, Add 2 and half mugs of water and mix well. Cover the cooker and cook till 2- 3 hisses are given out. Reduce heat and poach for 2- 3 twinkles. Open the cooker when pressure reduces fully and embellish it with some further diced coriander leaves on the top and serve it hot.
