DMK Party Members Booked for Threatening Woman Police Officer

In Chennai, two members of the DMK party, identified as Arun and V.V. Ramesh, were booked for allegedly threatening and abusing a woman Sub Inspector (SI) of police. The incident occurred when the SI attempted to intervene in an altercation among the DMK cadre after a meeting at a wedding hall.

Arun and Ramesh, involved in the altercation, verbally abused and threatened the SI before leaving the scene. The police have taken action against the accused, highlighting the importance of upholding law and order irrespective of political affiliations.
