Four Naxalites Killed in Bijapur Encounter

In a recent operation in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district, security personnel engaged in an anti-Naxal operation encountered a group of insurgents in a forest area near Chhote Tungali. The exchange of fire resulted in the deaths of four Naxalites. Teams from the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were involved in the face-off, with the DRG patrolling team initiating the encounter. While four bodies have been recovered, search operations are ongoing in the region.
