Odisha Police Inspector In-Charge Unearthed with Huge Unexplained Cash

The Inspector In-Charge (IIC) of Boipariguda police station in Koraput district, Susanta Satpathy, has been found in possession of a significant amount of unexplained cash, according to the officials of the state vigilance department. Searches at various locations related to Satpathy, including his office and government quarters in Koraput and Cuttack, led to the recovery of approximately Rs 37.27 lakh.

The vigilance officials intercepted Satpathy while he was traveling from Boipariguda to Cuttack, recovering around Rs 2.7 lakh from him. Further investigations are ongoing, and additional assets may be uncovered as the search continues.
