Pakistani National Arrested in Hyderabad for Illegal Entry and Stay

A Pakistani national, Faiz Mohammed, was arrested in Hyderabad on Thursday after it was discovered that he had been staying in India illegally since November last year. He entered India through the Nepal border and had been residing with his Indian wife at his in-laws’ house in NM Guda, Kishan Bagh. Faiz Mohammed, aged 24, hails from Swat Village in Shangal District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

He had entered India without a valid visa and assumed a false identity with the help of his father-in-law and mother-in-law, who are currently absconding. Faiz had initially worked in the UAE before marrying an Indian national named Neha Fatima. Police have seized his Pakistani passport, mobile phone, identity documents, and other items, launching investigations into his illegal entry and stay.
