The audio of the film 'Odippolama', starring 'Kadhal' Sandhya and newcomer Parimal in the lead, was held in the city recently. The audio-launch was followed by a press-meet in which the lead artistes and the director were present. As rumours of a 'serious relationship' between the lead pair had been doing rounds in Kollywood for the past few months, the speeches of Sandhya and Parimal were heard with more-than-usual interest.
"I felt very happy to have acted with Parimal in this film. Though he is a newcomer who was making his debut, he has put in an awesome performance. To add to his acting prowess, he has also introduced a new style of dancing. I won't be surprised if the film turns out to be a hit film merely because of that particular dance number," said Sandhya, praising Parimal sky-high and making him blush!

When his turn to speak came, Parimal said, "Though Sandhya is senior to me in the industry, she didn't throw any 'starry airs' and behaved very casually with me. In fact, she even offered me some valuable tips on how to apply make-up. She was an excellent co-star!" The journos must have been disappointed at not getting any 'spicy' news.
D. Imaan, the music director of the film, has scored a song starting Boochandi for this film. Unit sources say that the song might well go on to become a superhit one in the lines of 'Aathichudi…' Imaan, on his part, maintains that the expectation from his fans was on the higher side especially in view of the musical hit 'Maasilaamani' and that he had to meet their expectations.
