Chennai, March 27, 2019: Nestaway Technologies, India’s largest managed home rental platform, announced the launch of their services in Chennai as the first managed home rental platform in the city. The company has now 100+ homes and 180+ tenants in the Chennai, in both shared and family rental space. With this launch, Nestaway aims to enhance the home-rental experience, nurture safe communities, enable supportive networks and foster relationships for both homeowners and the tenants. By the end of 2019, Nestaway aims to onboard 5000 beds for shared rentals and 500 family homes.

Nestaway has a key presence in the areas like OMR – Adayar to Siruseri, Velachery, Thoraipakkam in South & East Chennai with monthly rentals starting from INR 5,500.
