BRS Accuses Revanth Reddy of Misinformation

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has accused Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of spreading misinformation by misquoting BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao about toppling the Congress government. According to the BRS, Mr. Rao’s statement referred to the threat posed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), not his own party.

BRS leader Ponnala Lakshmaiah announced that they would lodge a complaint with the Election Commission against Mr. Revanth Reddy for spreading lies and distorting Mr. Rao’s statement for political gains. Mr. Lakshmaiah also criticized Mr. Revanth Reddy for making false claims about the government’s actions and belittling senior leaders.
