Kanimozhi led a protest against Manipur violence in Chennai
Thoothukudi MP and DMK leader Kanimozhi led a protest in Chennai on Sunday, condemning the Centre and the Manipur government for their failure to prevent the violence in the northeastern state. The protest, organized by the women’s wing of the DMK, saw significant participation of women cadre and party members, including Chennai South MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian and former MP Helen Davidson.
Demonstrators held placards with slogans criticizing the BJP government at the Centre and the Manipur government.
