Tragic Suicides Follow Arrests in Mysuru Murder Case

In a tragic turn of events in Mysuru, Karnataka, a woman identified as Indrani (35) allegedly took her own life following the arrest of her husband and son in connection with a murder case. The husband, Samrat, subsequently died of a heart attack while in prison after learning of his wife’s demise. The incident unfolded within the jurisdiction of Mandi police station.

The arrests were made in connection with the murder of Balaraj in Mysuru’s Vidyanagar area, reportedly stemming from trivial disputes. Tejas, the son, and Samrat were among those arrested and sent to jail. Overwhelmed by the circumstances, Indrani hanged herself at their residence on Sunday. The shock of his wife’s death led to Samrat’s fatal heart attack on Monday. Investigations by the police are ongoing.
