2 LeT terrorist associates were captured in J&K’s Baramulla

Jammu and Kashmir Police, along with security forces, apprehended two terrorist associates affiliated with the banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in the Chak Tapper area of Kreeri Baramulla. The arrest took place after specific information about the movement of terrorists in the village. The joint party established a motor vehicle checking point (MVCP) at Bus Stop Chak Tapper Kreeri, where they intercepted and arrested the two suspects.

The individuals attempted to flee upon noticing the checkpoint but were tactfully apprehended. Upon conducting a personal search, the security forces recovered arms and ammunition, including two Chinese Pistols, two Pistol Magazines, 14 live Pistol rounds, and other incriminating materials from their possession. This successful operation highlights the continued efforts of the authorities to combat terrorism and maintain peace in the region.
