Israeli Air Strikes Hezbollah Targets in Lebanon

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) has confirmed that it conducted airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon in response to projectiles fired from Lebanon into Israel the previous day. The IAF released a statement and a video of the strike, following an announcement by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) that they were targeting Hezbollah terrorist objectives in Lebanon.

Since the October 7 Hamas attack, there have been ongoing exchanges of fire between Iran-backed Hezbollah and Israeli forces. Hezbollah, considered a terrorist organization by the US, UK, and other nations, possesses a more advanced arsenal compared to Hamas and has the capability to reach targets further within Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a warning to Iran and Hezbollah, urging them to stay out of the conflict and cautioning that any involvement would result in severe consequences.
