Rajasthan Student Leader Protests with Unusual Methods

The University of Rajasthan recently saw an unusual form of protest on campus as students demonstrated for various demands in a creative way. Earlier, students had staged protests by burying themselves underground or sitting in water to highlight their concerns.

This time, student leader Shubham Rewad took a unique approach by preparing tea and banging utensils outside the Vice-Chancellor’s office. The protest occurred during a three-day shutdown at the university, which has around 25,000 students enrolled.

Rewad claimed that the university administration is focusing too much on external politics while ignoring student-related issues. He used the unconventional method to draw attention to these problems.

Meanwhile, a canteen operator explained that the shutdown was caused by rising costs of goods and increased prices of LPG cylinders, which have made it difficult for them to operate. The operator added that the administration has not provided any relief so far.
