Karti Chidambaram Warns Against Including AIADMK in Vijay’s Government

Karti Chidambaram, Congress Member of Parliament from Sivaganga, has advised against bringing the AIADMK party into Chief Minister Vijay’s government. He warned that including AIADMK could negatively affect Vijay’s public image and political credibility.

Karti said that the current alliance supporting Vijay’s government already provides enough strength and stability. According to him, there is no urgent need to involve AIADMK, especially when some rebel MLAs have already extended support during the trust vote.

He emphasized that adding AIADMK to the ruling setup could create unnecessary political complications. Karti believes that bringing another major party into the government may lead to internal disagreements, power struggles, and difficulties in decision-making.

According to his view, maintaining the present coalition would be a safer and more effective approach for ensuring stable governance. He argued that the existing arrangement has already shown it can support the government without creating major disruptions.

Karti Chidambaram also pointed out that political alliances can strongly influence a leader’s public reputation. He suggested that Vijay should carefully protect his image as a strong and independent leader rather than risk criticism by expanding the coalition unnecessarily.

His remarks highlight the sensitive political environment in Tamil Nadu, where alliance decisions can have major long-term effects on governance, stability, and public trust.

Overall, Karti’s advice reflects the importance of strategic political planning and cautious decision-making as Vijay works to strengthen his leadership and maintain stable administration in the state.
