Atishi Challenges Enforcement Directorate’s Actions Against AAP Leaders

Delhi Minister Atishi asserted that despite multiple raids and investigations, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has failed to establish a money trail against any Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader in the alleged excise policy scam. She criticized the ED’s basis for arresting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, citing it as solely reliant on the statement of one individual.

Atishi further alleged that the individual, Sharad P Reddy of Aurobindo Pharma, had reportedly contributed significant sums to the BJP through electoral bonds. Challenging the ED to take action against the BJP, she claimed that the money trail in the purported scam leads to the saffron party, urging the agency to also investigate BJP’s chief, J. P. Nadda, in the matter.
