BJP Chief Urges Lighting ‘Aashirwad ka Diya’ for PM Modi on Birthday

BJP national president Nitin Nabin has asked people to light an ‘Aashirwad ka Diya’ at their homes on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, September 17. He wants everyone to pray for Modi’s health and long life.

The BJP has planned a month-long campaign called ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ from September 17 to October 17 to celebrate Modi’s 25 years in public service. The event will include community programs, welfare activities, and youth engagement initiatives.

On Modi’s birthday, the party will observe it as ‘Seva Diwas,’ with activities like lighting ‘Aashirwad ka Diya’ and organizing blood donation camps across India.

In a video message, Nabin praised Modi for his commitment to serving the people and leading India towards progress. He mentioned that under Modi’s guidance, India has moved closer to becoming a self-reliant nation.

Nabin also highlighted Modi’s leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, noting how Modi boosted public confidence and turned challenges into opportunities. He praised India’s vaccination program as an example of the country’s self-reliance.

The leader spoke about efforts to empower youth through startups and initiatives for women’s dignity, such as sanitation programs and the Lakhpati Didi scheme.

Nabin also acknowledged Modi’s success in reducing Naxalism and combating terrorism, making India safer. He emphasized that these changes have boosted people’s faith in the country’s development.

He concluded by calling on everyone to work together to achieve Modi’s vision of a “Viksit Bharat” for 2047.
