Gautam Gambhir Visits Salasar Balaji Temple

Gautam Gambhir, the head coach of the India national cricket team, visited the Salasar Balaji Temple in Rajasthan on Wednesday. He offered prayers and sought blessings for the country’s progress and well-being. The temple priests welcomed him warmly during his visit.

Gambhir has been doing very well as a coach. Under his leadership, India won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. This victory was special because India became the first team to successfully defend the title on home ground.

Looking ahead, the Indian team has a busy schedule. They will play a home series against Afghanistan national cricket team, followed by matches against Ireland cricket team and England cricket team. Later in the year, the team is also expected to tour Zimbabwe and the West Indies.

At the same time, Gambhir’s former team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), is facing a tough time in the Indian Premier League 2026 season, with no wins so far. KKR has a strong history with Gambhir, who helped the team win titles in 2012, 2014, and 2024 as a captain and mentor.

After his successful journey with KKR, Gambhir moved on to become the head coach of the Indian national team. Fans are now hoping he will continue to bring more success to Indian cricket in the coming matches.
