Private Firm Proprietor Arrested for Cheating Job Aspirants in Chennai

The Central Crime Branch (CCB) of the Avadi police in Chennai arrested the proprietor of an unregistered firm, HR Management Pvt. Limited, for cheating job aspirants seeking employment abroad. Acting on information from the Overseas Employment Division of the Union Ministry of External Affairs, the police apprehended V. Balasubramanian, 55, of Alapakkam, Porur.

The firm, operating without proper registration, had advertised job opportunities abroad and engaged in fraudulent activities, deceiving individuals aspiring to work overseas.
